Overwhelming tension\uncomfortable pain in thigh?!

Question: Overwhelming tension\uncomfortable pain in thigh!?
This is hard to explain but from half way down my thigh to up where my leg meets my torso, the muscle is constantly tense and gives me an almost unbareable pain some days!. I feel it most when my leg is bent (in a sitting position) especially where the leg\torso meet!. When I stretch out I feel it even more, and can never seem to be comfortable!. The only time I am fully comfortable is after laying down for a few minutes and the muscles are fully relaxed and bare no weight!.

Does anyone have any stretches\moves\exercises I could do to adjust!? Do you think it is more the muscle or the bone!? When my bones pop in that leg there is an instant feeling of relief as well!.

(I cannot adjust my weight to the other leg, unfortunately because on that leg I have severe tendonitis in the knee, which I think caused this in the first place!.)

Also I cannot take Aleve, and the regular dose of Advil\Tylenol has seemed to stop working!.

Thank you so much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Believe it or not massage will help with the pain in your thigh!. It will help relax the muscle and keep it that way longer than other methods!. Your therapist will also be able to give you stretches to help keep it that way after the massage!. They also might be able to give you tips to help from getting more pain in that area!. They too can help with the tendinitis in the other leg as well!. It is much cheaper than going to the Dr's as well!. Good luck and I hope this helps you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
