Had Shoulder Surgery (Orthoscopic) I still have Pain and Flexibility issues?!

Question: Had Shoulder Surgery (Orthoscopic) I still have Pain and Flexibility issues!?
I had a orthoscopic surgery in 06 for a torn Labrium and they needed to do some debrement!. MRI showed degenerative cartlidge in the right shoulder!. After the surgery went to PT and help strengthen and strecth!. Helped a little!. Then in 07 the pain came back went back to PT worked on it a little more!. But my range of motion is limited!. I am an Active Duty U!.S!. Marine and can't risk to have my shoulder reconstructed which would be determent to my carrear !. So is there anything I can do to help with the range of motion!. It seems like there is something blocking my shoulder to rotate or have the same range of my other arm!. Any advice would be appreciate it!.

Answers:
I've had shoulder surgery in 05 due to torn ligaments and problems in the rotator cuff!.!.!.!.it did not get better even though I went to PT---after all avenues were exhausted I had a second surgery to determine what is going on!. The result of that one was shocking: I had accumulated scar tissue mainly from PT that was too rough!. My doctor sent me to aqua therapy after the 2nd surgery!.!.!.!.!.and he told me to go swimming!. It took about 18 months to get the full range of motion back but because of the serious damage I had sustained from the wear and tear and 2 surgeries do I still somewhat have a weaker arm!.
I would say try to get checked for scar tissue in the affected joint and try to swim as much as possible---swimming is definitely more gentle on the injured tissue then physical therapy!.!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Keep working the muscles!. Light weight lifting if you can tolerate it!. You may never get your full range of motion back and the older you get the worse it can get!. Keep up with PT and try to work it out on your own!. You may need to rethink your duties in the Marines!. GOOD LUCK &GOD SPEED!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
