A morning walk is the best resolution for all types of joint pains and regarding diet, you have to keep yourself away from spicey and high calorie food and bakery products and stick to the habit of eating veg food with lots of green salad when you are hungry only!. I wish Arthritis is curable but it is not!. I have had it since I was a teenager and I am 60 now!. I have OA and exercises does help and some of the medicines do work but for me not long!.
