Question: So tired still!.!.!?
i had 11 hours sleep last night
and 12 the night before
is that normal!?
but i spose it has been half term and i havn't had the best of nights sleep

your sleep pattern has changed alot with it being half term, as u r going back to skwl tomorrow, try and start a sleep pattern again, starting TONIGHT if not tonight then TOMORROW!.
i have been through this aswell, so dont worrii!.!. im TIRED lol!.!. but i dnt bother with a sleep pattern, i wouldnt be able to stick to it!! lol

Are you a teen!? Or a teacher!?
If you are a teen, this is perfectly normal!. Teenagers need a great deal of sleep and some schools have recognised this fact and even accommodated it into their schedules by starting school later!.
Don't feel that you are being lazy by needing so much sleep, you are going through enormous growth of body and brain, etc!.
If you are not a teen, however, you need to get your iron levels checked!.
Whatever your age, ensure you are drinking enough water (dehydration can cause tiredness) and taking multivitamins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
