Lukewarm or cool always feels best to me!. I wouldn't go hot, since not only will that probably be painful, you might damage your skin even more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
start with luke warm water and work it up to a higher heat until you can't stand it and the warmth and humidity of the shower will make your skin more pliable and easier to peel and it won't be as flaky out of the shower!.

I figured out that if I use water like I normally use when I shower, it will burn a little at first, but after a min, it will feel just fine, and actually prevent it from hurting after I get out!.
Wierd, but it works!. I do it every time now!.!.

well, don't take a shower TOO long!.!. and make sure you moisturize right after wards otherwise your skin will become dry and make your sun burn really bad!.!.!. I would use alovea lotion if not any non-scent lotion works :) Happy SummerWww@Answer-Health@Com
