How can I make myself fall asleep?!
Question: How can I make myself fall asleep!?
I rally need to sleep, is there anything homemade I could take that would knock me out for a few hours!?

Don't over think it!. Sleeping goes on in the brain!.
Also, excercise half an hour everyday at least, that way you sleep well and fall asleep faster!.
Drink a cup of warm milk; it helps you fall asleep!. Wear one of those eye mask things if light bothers you, and maybe you even need a warm (NOT HOT!!) bath before you go to bed!.
The way you treat your bedroom has a huge effect on your sleep quality and quantity:
If you do other things in bed; movies, books, work, eating, TV, etc!.!.!.!. your mind has accustomed to being AWAKE in bed!. Stop doing other things on your bed and do them, say, on a sofa or chair!.
Most people sleep better in cool conditions!.
A clutter free environment means less stress!. It can help you fall asleep faster if your room is as bare as possible!.
If it's possible in your living arrangements, try to have only a bed, wardrobe, some books!.!.!.!. in your bedroom!.
Keep work, computers, TV and desk OUTSIDE!. Your bedroom is where you rejuvenate, and who wants to be thinking about work when we are rejuvenating!?!?
