Question: Is this my fault!?
I hit my ankle on the bottom of one one of wal-marts shelves that was sticking out alittle!. It was a sharpe corner with metal!. It's where the shelves meet together at the bottom and this one was sticking out just alittle!. Well, I wacked my ankle really hard and punctured a whole in my foot and my whole bottom foot is bruised!. Walmart told me it was my fault!. What do you think!? I went to the doctor and I am on antibiotics and pain medicine with a big badage around my foot!. So who's fault would you say, mine or walmart's!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you were able to hit your foot in a shelf, then its Walmart's fault for not having the edges padded to avoid injury!. Walmart has insurance to cover this but the store manager doesnt want a claim to go against his store!. Put your complaint in writing to their store manager and also to their corporate office in Bentonville Arkansas!. Save all your bills and keep track of any loss of time from work and the expense of the trips to the doctors!. You will probably only be compensated for your actual losses and maybe $1000 for pain and suffering!. Try to settle without a lawyer!. The attorney fees will eat up all the settlement and it will drag on forever!. You wont get rich off Walmart but you should have your losses taken care of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If it was sticking out past the general shelf line, it is their fault!. Also a sharp metal corner is their fault!. Sounds like it's in a place a small child could get hurt by it!.

Well, you could've seen the metal sticking out, but in my opinion, it's Walmart's fault cause if it were sticking out, they should've fixed it so it wouldn't be in anyones way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get any bills paid or not and send a copy never originals and a letter to the store manager and see what happens if your still not happy send it to head office!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
