Question: My feet has start swalling please sudjest me advice!?
hi i have a broken leg below knee upto ankle !.Doctor has changed my first plaster after 3 weeks,i was ok by today morning,because of some important jod, i traveled by bus and after this my feet has start swelling now it may be because of bit chill weather of london!.please gave me some advice to over come this problem,swelling is not red but feeling cold on feetWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's feeling cold because your circulation is being impeded!
Raise your feet - best to lie on a bed & get your foot above your head!.
Once the circulation starts to return you may feel it getting hot - use a cool damp cloth over your foot to cool it!.
Next time you feel you should ignore the advice I would hope your doctor gave you - maybe you should wonder if the doctor gave the advice for a reason!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sometimes when your feet swell it is because you are retaining water!.!.!. Try eating less salt!. Ask your doctor-- it may have to do with other problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
