I do too, but I have found it helps if you only study one subject for an hour, then have a short break where you walk around the house, maybe have a snack, for 15 minutes and then do another hour of work!. Its concentrating really hard on one thing that gives me a headache!
Break them up a bit, like you have periods in school: you can't study for just one subject for hours on end cos you don't take it in anyway and your just get tired and stressed!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably creasing your forehead and squinting even though you don't realise it because you're concentrating so hard!.

Remember to take regular breaks roughly every 20 mins!. Take your eyes off the revision, look out the window for a while, give your eyes a little rest and take a breather!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The headaches are more likely a symptom of eyestrain !.from fixing your gaze !.!.as we all do when we're on the 'net for hours on end!.!. you have to consciously walk away from studying every half hour or so and make sure that the lighting conditons are suitable!. If it's too bright, you'll be scowling from the glare of the white paper!. Don't overdo things, chances are you've digested more info than you credit yourself for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could well be from all the studying your doing, take regular breaks from the reading and writing!. However if your headaches continue , maybe you need an eye test for longsighted ness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its completely normal you need a relax for your brain, take a break every 20 mins and youl feel betterWww@Answer-Health@Com

it is normal!. you have to plan that's allWww@Answer-Health@Com
