I have seen many rude doctors and yet, a few that were very caring and I believe it takes a special person to have the patience (no pun intended) to listen to people daily about their illnesses and complaints!. But then again, they chose that profession!. Just as anyone that has to deal with the public!. I think today most of them are in for the money!. But there a few good ones out there!. Had my share of the ones that believe they are God and you are just a poor derelict that happened upon their beat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When the GP went out of style, and they no longer made house calls, they lost that bedside manner!. Now they are under-educated, due to the haste and rushed pace of higher learning!. This also includes keeping up with new ideas!. They are preyed upon by lawyers and insurance companies!. The real good ones never seem to pursue riches, and the doctors that become the elite idle rich, are the rude ones, The sales-persons of medical equipment are more grounded in helping to ease human pain,disease, and suffering!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The doctors I have aren't rude, but have off days where they can be somewhat rude due to stress!.
Keep in mind that there is a shortage in many fields of work!. A huge junk in the medical field!. Many doctors and nurses are working any where from 12-15 hours of shift which can really deprive them of time with the family and to themselves!.

I'm glad it's not just me, and I'm not saying it's right!. They can be condescending for sure!. The thing is, they work for us and we just have to get past the attitude and speak up about our wants and needs!. I don't have to be lectured about my weight, etc!., and if I don't want certain tests for routine matters like a bone density test because my Mom has arthritis, I'm not going to get them!. Now mammogram and blood tests, that's a whole other matter!. My doc wanted me to get a prescription for cholesterol because mine is borderline high, but the ldls and triglycerides are very low and the hdls are good!. I said I wouldn't get the prescription filled because I thought the possible side affects were worse than the cholesterol and the doc got huffy!. The next week, the drug was taken off the market because it had proven to be useless!. Do your research and stand your ground when you feel strongly about something regardless of who is on the opposite side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They think themselves better!. But not all Dr!.s suffer from this!. Find one that at least can remember your name!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
