i sometimes get short of iron and thats when it seems i get a sore tongue,im back on iron tablets but for now what would sooth it!?its red raw,eating is so painfull!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat hot things, or it will get worse!.!. I think the only thing that helps properly is waiting for it to heal itself, unfortunately!
It only takes a couple of days though!.
I bite my lip all the time, and it heals really quickly =]

try aloe vera mouth wash or toothpaste, it has healing qualities, so should help your poor tongue!. xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com
