See a PT who is certified in mechical diagnosis and therapy. MDT certfied therapists agree with you...why should we watch you do the exercises you are doing at home? Treatment is brief and designed and showing you corrective exercises and follow up sessions are designed to progress your program.
While not all cases of sciatica are reversible...the vast majority of them are. However, it takes a mechanical assessment to determine if that is possible. If not, it will be known very quickly.
