With your right hand, gently pull the right leg over to cross the felt leg.
Repeat, with the left leg.

Another stretch you can do is to stand with legs crossed. then reach for your toes.

Take a deep breath before you go into the stretches, and exhale as you stretch.

Lay on your back and pull your legs to your chest one at a time. That oughta do it.

Yes you can...It's a muscle. Try doing this, stand on the floor like a dog on all fours. Kick one leg up behind you slowly and let it back down, that works the back of the leg and the butt. Good luck!
