The knuckle of my little finger has swollen badly and hurts like hell?!
Question: anyone know why? It was ok this morning but is getting worse through out the day and making it dificult to use my hand.

Maybe you should go to your local GP and get them to have a look at it.

you might have a touch of gout, which is caused by eating to much red meat and to many beers, go to the doc he will prescribe antibiotics
you need to go check it out
Sounds to me like it could be Gout.
I have it, and my middle knuckle has swollen.
Go to your doctor, He may send you for a blood test.
If it is Gout it's treatable.
I take one tablet daily to control it.
