Ear Lobe Piercing......HELP!?!
Question: Okay, I piercing my ear lobes at Claire's on the 25th of March and Ive been having a coupld of problems with my piercing. I've got a couple of questions I've been wanting to ask but I didn't really know who to ask.
Questions:
1) Is it normal to have my ears hurt and turn a little red while I'm cleaning it using the Claire's antiseptic cleaning?
2) Is it okay to get water and soap in my piercing while taking a shower? If not then what would happen if it got inside?
3) If I ever got an infection in my piercing, how long would it take for the infection to heal and what can I put on it to help it heal?
4) What do infections look like and what are the first signs of an infection?
5) My ear is starting to turn red, hurting when I try and clean it, and a little swollen on the bottom even though I clean 3 times a day. Why?

5. you could be having a reaction to a certain material in the earring itself, or it could just be your ears getting used to being pierced.
