To me, you've just adjusted your body to a different set of day and night. You've basicly shifted your day to be later and your night the same way. As long as you sleep around 9 hours you'll be fine and are as active as anyone else, that means your night doesn't consist of sitting around watching late night tv programs. During the summer my day started at noon to 1pm because I worked from 4-5pm until 1-3 am. It's just a shift in what you call your day and night.

i doubt it.

I don't think so. I have sleeping problems and sometimes go to bed at 5-6am and get up at 2pm. My sleep patterns vary every day. As a matter of fact, I've lost weight.

I doubt you'll gain weight, unless you pig out really late and then sleep after right away, then chances are you'll gain a pound or two. Its unhealthy to sleep late and wake up late.

I do that every time you get the chance and I never gain weight. As long as you're not sleeping for exsessive amounts of time like 11+ hours, you'll be fine.

I don't think that affects anything. It depends on what you put in your mouth and how much of it.

I think the negative of sleeping late would be to eat or snack more until you sleep. the reason you need to sleep is to give body time to repair itself but no the sun does not affect

It's not the Sun...it's your cycle. The body is meant to be up and around during the day. If you have to do the opposite, you have to work harder.

It could, depending on if you're up all night eating!
Me, I stay up all night working out.
So no, I lose weight
:]
