Can it get any worse?!
Question: I feel sick like a dog.. I may be having flu- running a little temperature with sore throat, head ache & body ache; also, I have really bad canker sores in my mouth to add to that (I get that when I am stressed). Plus, I am all alone- nobody's there to take care of me as I'm away from family.. can it get any worse? It feels like end of the world :(

Drink fluids and try to eat soft food like congee or soup and then plenty of rest. You should get better soon.
Do you have the runs yet?
It could always be worse! Think of people who have terminal illnesses and no friends of family. You only have a flu!!!!
Get out and get some fresh air and stop eating for a few days.
