Soreness from cheerleading any help? :(?!


Question: it hurts especially on the top of my thighs and stretches squats and warm bath not helpin. it is from my jumps but the next day i know its gonna be worse it did this last week any help?
also on the shoulders and back of the neck im guessin its from the back hand spring and so are the legs. help please. :(

do you stretch before you preform? stretching is a big part of any activity you do. it reduces the chance of injury and soreness. just ice the parts that hurt and massage them too, do it for however long you need to make the soreness lessen
