Had a car accident years ago, and untill this day it affects me.
burns!!! i usually never get hurt, but for some reason i am always getting burned. i burned my feet on pavement, and get big water blisters all over my feet. i touched an iron when i was a baby. my arm hit the oven a couple of weeks ago.
i hate burns! they hurt soo bad!
my boyfriend had a huge nail threw his foot and a long piece of wood attached when he was a joiner

My worst pain ever wasn't from broken bones or an injury. I had a C-Section and the epidural wore off before I could have pain medication. My blood pressure was low, and they couldn't give me anything until my blood pressure went up. At that point in time, I seriously would have rather been dead. It was incredibly painful, and I don't want to deal w/that kind of pain again.
In my opinion I think any injury to your knees is pretty bad. When I fell a few years back and messed up my left knee, every since then it hurts every time I walk or go up and down stairs. I didn't realize how much I take my knees for granted. But I know there are far worse injuries out there. For me, this would be the worse one I've encountered.
buckwheats are the worst injury ever. our friends at urbandictionary.com define a buckwheats hit as, "being executed with a bullet up the rectum, i.e. a very slow and painful death". that my friend, is a horrible way to go.

If you have ever worked in a burn ward you would say that is the worse injury ever. My Dad was in the burn ward for months. He was in pain that could not be controlled. You would be sick to your stomach if you knew what they have to do to get these severe burns to heal properly. It is sheer HELL. I won't go into any details because it is just horrible. Atleast with spinal, brain, and other injuries they will often induce coma if the patient isn't already in one. They give meds to control pain. They don't inflict more pain ont he patient like in the burn wards.
The worst injury is emotional pain. it's bloodless but it might cause brain damage, heart damage, an even it will damage your soul if you will end up to bad recourse.
The worst injury or injuries is anything to do with your nervous system including a spinal injury. It can leave you with numb or with numbness, burning, itching, stabbing pain, feeling of something crawling on your skin or under it. You can't stand even a light breeze blowing on your skin, or clothes, blankets, etc. touching you. This is a life long condition which there is no cure. All of these after affects of the injury can be debilitating and can totally disable you and your life.
Physically that I've experienced....ACL partial tear and then surgery afterwards. I was in so much pain!

Broken foot was more of an inconvenience then painful (dont get me wrong it was still painful)
Swollen knees & months of seeing a physio wasnt much fun either.
Of course I would think any head, spinal injuries, burns would be the worst.
