How do you fix bad posture?!

It sounds simple, but you have to always be aware of how you are sitting or standing. You have to conciously make yourself stand up straight or sit straight. It will hurt the first few days because you're using muscles that you hadn't used before but after they get built up you'll have much better posture.

Get a massage. It helps a ton :]

My chiropractor showed me some exercises you can do with small weights to strengthen the muscles of the spine. I would tell you how but it wouldnt make sense without being shown. I can tell you that doing yoga will help strengthen you up too.

tape a stick to ur back!!!

Straighten your back and lower your shoulders to posture you'd prefer, then stay in this position for about 30 seconds before resuming to your usual posture.
Do this as many times a day as you wish (Prefferably around 15-20 times) every day.

It only takes a while until your body changes.

I used to arch my back alot and lunge my neck forward, but now I hae a perfect posture.
