I think I'm developing shin splints again, what can I do to prevent this?!


Question: I had shin splints last year and they went away over th summer and satyed away through basketball season, but track is bringing them back. What can I do?

streeeeeeeetch for at least an hour in the morning while getting ready, and streeeeetch again before track.
