Extreme tightness & pain?!
Question: Extreme tightness throughout neck, shoulders,chest and arms accompanied with pain to the point that my arms feel broken anybody know what it might be? I haven't been injured in any way and it started 1 year ago pain has worsened since.

Has the pain been progressive in nature?
Has it been excarcebated by any activites?
Is it a burning pain or a sharp pain...?

There must have been something that changed in your life a year ago.
Did you fall and hurt your back? Perhaps started some new medication? Started a new exercise routine?
[update] In otherwise unexplained pain, don't rule out the effects of certain medications. Do some research on the effects of taking them and of withdrawal of them.
