Try ibuprofen or another NSAID (non steroidal inflammatory drug). If nothing works talk w/ your Dr. Birth control pills sometimes work or you may have something else going on endometriosis or fibroids.

Midol? Pamprin?

See your doctor, perhaps you can take a form of birth control to help ease the symptoms. If you are currently experiencing discomfort, take ibuprofen..up to 800 MG is prescription strength and that should ease the pain. And it does improve after having kids.

Go to the doctor for examination you might have a retroverted uterus they have procedures for that but really get it checked out!
