I injured my back a few days ago and now i have numbness in my face.is that comm!

Might be a stroke get a checkout from a GP asap.
We can answer a lot of questions on here. But, we will never be a substitute for visiting your doctor. I think a question like that should be answered by your doctor.
Could also be a pinched nerve, though I have never heard of the face going numb. Also could be signs of a stroke. GO TO THE DOCTOR...VERY SOON. Just to be safe.
