Can you still bike with strained peroneal tendons?!

Question: I can't run on it still, doing the RICE method. Avid runner, but sidelined by this ridiculous foot injury. Wondering if you can bike - and not just bike flats, but hills in particular. Wondering if biking hills will affect the region, slow rehab?

you are going to injure yourself more which means you are going to be sidelined for a longer time. relax and just wait until you feel better. dont be dumb and re-injure yourself more.

Lately parenting forums have been buzzing with parents looking for ideas how to keep their teenagers from spending a lot of time on the computer and Internet. It seems that teenagers these days are hooked on the computer just as they were hooked on watching<!--television just a decade ago. In my travels through cyberspace, I have noticed an increasing number of websites and blogs discussing various forms of Internet-related addictive behavior. I think the below link might get you solved your question.

To most, the internet is a source of information-->education, commerce outlet and/or fun. But for a few people, the Internet has become an obsession, often to the detriment of their families, careers, and well-being. There is an increase in the number of people addicted to Internet activities.

EVERYTHING you do with your foot!don't play with it because you can get sidelined for good!but you can ride a bike, :-> there are those bikes for injured people, you pedal with you hands!now run along and have fun...
