yep, sounds like vertigo to me too!! I experience that every now and then, if it happens quite frequently then I would consider have your doctor check it out or an ENT. But if it just happens every once in awhile I wouldnt worry about it too much. They have medicine you can take for that if it does become bothersome and of course after the doctor rules out anything serious. Another thing is sometimes when you stand up to quickly this also can cause that dizzy feeling.
Sounds like vertigo. You should speak to your doctor as something could be medically causing this sensation. Perhaps you have an inner ear problem, or some mild trauma (unless you're referring to bedspins from consuming alcohol).

vertigo,...which would need to be checked out by a doctor. It may require a medication that can help. You should see a doctor for this. I have worked at doctors offices for a total of 10 years.
