Im sore from a workout yesterday should i keep on working or wait a few days?!
Question: from weight my arms are very sore and hurt should i work threw the pain and do the same amount of exercises? do less exercises? or wait awhile.

hot bath to displace the lactic acid then light work after 2 days or so to strech them back out after they heal. sounds like you over did it a little, soon you will wish you could get them that sore again it means they're growing and as they adapt to your worouts it's harder to tax them that much
you should always stretch before a workout..thats key..and..you should workout every other day because ifyoure not used to it then you will get sore and have pains. Thus it's important to just take a day off and then continue working out alternate days.

id say do it every other day...of course ur arms or wat is goin to hurt if ur not used to using them like u are now but in time once when the pain goes a way u will build muscle
This is the reason lifters do split routines. Chest, shoulders, back one day, then legs and arms the next. If you are doing everything, just go a bit lighter for a couple days. It'll work out.
