Feels like I need to crack my knee?!
Question: Whenever I am working out I do this exercise where I lay on my back, lift my head and shoulders off of the ground, put my legs in front of me and bring them each in and out one at a time very fast. When I do this though, every single time it feels like I need to crack my knee, just like you would crack a knuckle. It starts making that clicking noise and gets frustrating and uncomfortable. Is there anyway that I can prevent this other than stopping this exercise?
