Is it bad for me to not sleep at night and go on with my day once a week?!


Question: Atleast once a week, i don't get tired and stay on the computer through out the night. Not sleepin and going on with my day. Is this bad for me?

If you are artificially preventing sleep with the use of caffeine or stimulants, then you might be compromising your health. If however, you don't use these stimulants and you do not feel any effects from the lack of sleep then it is probably not a problem.

The human body is capable of quite a bit. In days gone by it was often necessary or unavoidable to go without food for short periods of time. Sleep would also be 'put-off' from time to time to enable important chores that survival would depend on.

I would suggest that you get a short hour long nap whenever you can, as this is also quite natural and seems to be healthy!

Yes, Especially if you can feel the affects of not sleeping. It affects your health over all, if you cannot sleep once ever week i would suggest that you take a nap during the day and it will help keep you balanced.
