I'm 14 and I dont get much sleep???!
Question: I probaly get like 7 hours of sleep on weekdays and on the weekends I sleep even more late. Is that bad? What can happen if I keep this up?

I'd say that's pretty average. Most kids your age catch up on sleep on the weekends. If you are feeling fatigued I would try going to bed earlier. Set a time and go to bed. Make sure you don't take in any caffeine at least 4 hours before you go to sleep. It would also be wise not to eat 2 hours before sleeping.
I used to be like you, i have a secret for you.
Get COMPLETELY exhausted over a weekend or something, i went snowboarding for a weekend and cleared up my sleep issues.
That way you'll just fall asleep out of exhaustion and get back into a good sleep cycle.

You should have at least 7 to 8 hrs sleep every day. and when you get older you may sleep less.
Try to sleep at least 7 hrs every day and don't cheat on your own body.
