Any idea what's this pain is...?!

Question: I don't know if it's a sickness, but it hurt really badly... =/

In math class today, something around my left ribcage hurt really badly. I don't know if it was something organ or my bones or whatever, it was just in that general area. The pain was really stinging, I wanted to cry. I couldn't breathe correctly when the pain was there, it was just too hard. It also made me shake/shudder as if I was cold, I guess it did make me feel colder too. For awhile there I got really sleepy as well.

The pain was there for around the whole period, 45 minutes probably. It sucks because it hurt so bad I couldn't do my work or concentrate, I think my teacher gave me an F for the day. So yes, the pain left and I don't feel it now at all.

If it helps you to know my age, I'm 14...

Any ideas on what this was and if it will be coming back... =/? Thanks.

This sounds like you had a Rib Rub, an old name for a very common thing
between your lung and the body is a very thin layer of protective material that keeps the lungs from rubbing against the bones. inbetween this protective layer and the lung itself is a lubrication to keep the lung moving inside its capsule..
allowing air to go in and out with ease,
once in a while the lubrication gets dry and the protective layer and the lung are rubbing against the bones inside you, you can feel it because you have nerves attatched to every organ in the body, and since the lungs are an organ, they have lots of nerves
it may come back when you breath in to much cold air, when you do not allow enough oxygen into the lungs, sometimes as you experienced it comes on all of a sudden without any notice
You probably got sleepy because by taking tiny breaths which you were probably doing, you got a little hypervenilated for not allowing proper exchange of oxygen into the body.
You'll be ok
