How come no matter how much I sleep I'm still tired with bags under my eyes?!


Question: For the past month, no matter how many hours of sleep I get I wake up with dark circles under my eyes, and I'm sleepy throughout the day.

I know I enter REM cycle because I do have many vivid dreams.

Too much sleep is just as bad as not enough, but have you been checked to see if you are anemic??This will make you extremely tired and also causes dark circles under the eyes no matter how much sleep--if you think you may be please get check because it will get worse---the dr can give you iron pills or shots depending --or if you can't go to the dr for whatver reason you can try buying some iron pills they are not very expensive at all and take them for a few weeks and see if you improve-good luck

I have some home remedies to get rid of the dark circles under your eyes. They won't cost you anything, will only benefit you in one or the other way. so, have a quick look at them :

If you think you are getting enough sleep, but you are tired throughout the entire day, you're wrong. If you are around 13-25 years old, you should be getting at least 9 hours of sleep per day minimum. If you are above 25, you should be getting at least 8 hours a day, but the more the better.

its not really how much you sleep..its what you do when you are awake....the less activity you have during the day..the less energy you will have and the greater the desire to sleep. Your metabolism slows down and you won't feel energized until you put out some effort...so try to moniter your sleep..make sure you don't allow yourself to sleep too much...and make sure you get outside and do something to rev up your metabolism...you will feel more alive and won't require as much sleep
