you actually can vomit when you dont eat anything for the day or a couple but its just like liquids and stuff from ur body. idk you get so hungry that you start to feel nauseaus or something, and then you throw up. has happened to me before too.

You should eat before that happens again

It depends if u ate something when you were hungry..you cant vomit ut anything you didnt eat..(unless you drank water)

I'm not an expert but I would think if you were really that hungry you wouldn't have anything inside of you to throw up, you would maybe just dry heave. Maybe they're not hunger pains maybe you have some sort of virus.

Yes, I have been there too. My Mother used to say get a drink of water, it will tie you over until supper. I did that and the water came back up.

Because your body is trying to tell you something and that is you need food and quick if you don't eat you become really sick and that isn't healthy hopes this works

yeah you can get sick from not eating. its because u dont have energy.

i don't think so..

Interesting, I get a bit upset in the stomach if I don't eat anything for about 18 hrs. I feel like I will vomit and the last thing I want to do is eat, but I know if I do eat, it goes away.

Happens everytime.
