Question: I get massive head achs, when people talk. I get really annoyed when my sister is in the room, even if she isnt doing anything to annoy me. Which she annoys me alot!!!!!!

Not sure what is going on in ur life, but I strongly recommend u seek a mature, well-balanced adult to talk to. It could be physical or psychological or a combination of both. Either a parent or grandparent, school counselor, clergy personnel, or even an elderly person in ur area would be ur best bet. It would do u a world of good to unload on someone. Avoid adults who drink excessively, have a drug problem, have an anger management problem, and the like. Don't know how old u are, but if u are still a minor, maybe a Boys & Girls Club would be a place where u could hang after school and receive guidance and direction. Talking things out w/ a person who is trustworthy and wise is a big stress-buster! Good luck to you! Seek and u shall find.........Peace out!
