i would first try to get into a routine... for example going to bed at the same time and waking at the same time.... sleeping to much makes you more tired... how about your diet? are you getting enough fruits veggies, proteins and carbs.... if this does not seem to help you then i recommend you call your dr. to set up an appt. afterall you don't want to lose your job over something like this! good luck to you.

I can't remember where I read it, but it seems that more and more young people are chronically tired. It was suggested that the tiredness was a result of stress, because so much is expected of people these days: you have to have a good job, lots of friends, an interesting social life, a good relationship and such to be seen as 'normal.'

Anyway, a routine (like someone already said) is good. Eat healthy, work out and such. Maybe you can stand up and stretch your legs from time to time at work?
If nothing changes and you keep on feeling tired I would suggest you go to a doctor. Maybe you are low on iron or a vitamin or such. This can be checked and you'll know soon.

I've experienced the same thing but my problem is caused from depression. Are you depressed?
