Bad ear pain?!
Question: i'm struggling to chew food and close my mouth fully because when i try i get a stabbing pain inside my right ear. does anyone know what could be causing this?

You will need to visit your doctor and he will check your ears for infection and if you have he will prescribe some antibiotic spray drops.
you have an ear infection, no doubt. go to the doctors
Could be just simple thing like hardened wax resting on or near the ear drum. Olive oil dropped in the ear will do it if that is the case. a few drops twice daily for a week. If it is still as bad after a few days do not wait go to the doctor for a cure.
Your hearing is precious don`t lose it. I lost my hearing through explosives during WW2.
