Fatigue and sleep problems?!
Question: I have been trying to regulate my sleeping for the past few years, but even if I get 8 hours of sleep, I still get sleepy at around 3 in the afternoon. It seems like I am always sleepy and I can sleep whenever, wherever (of course it isn't so serious that I can't prevent myself from dozing off everywhere). It affects my concentration too, as I can't seem to concentrate for long periods of time with out "zoning out" and losing focus.
I do try to eat as healthy as possible, but I was wondering if this has anything to do with low blood pressure and low blood sugar? Both are traits that I have.
Any suggestions as to what this might be? Is it just fatigue? And is there anything I can do about it? (Of course, I will see a doctor as soon as possible because it is starting to affect my life)

Probably the low blood sugar. Try a snack ie. nuts around that time. It may also just be your circadian rhythm, but it should be controlable so I'm glad you are going to see a doctor.
