Take a shower and let the water soothe you. Lie down in a dark room and rest, with or without quiet music. Eat almonds or drink tea; those have natural salicylates in them.
drink a HUGE glass of water.
have you eaten? maybe you are dehydrated, drink some water.
take a nap, just lay ur head down and close ur eyes if u can't go to sleep. usually when this happens to me, i lay down fo awhile and avoid moviing around to much. but if i start having to move around again, it comes back.
take 1 aleve and 1 tylenol together,
dont sew me i'm not a doctor, but i thik thats safe
advil. or something to distract you
