My middle and my little finger are swollen at the top joint?!
Question: i haven't had a cut on my finger in quite a long time, so i don't think that is is an infection.
it hurts to bend the fingers, i also itches a little bit.
the swolletion is on the same hand (right hand) and it was the middle finger that swole up first, and then a week later hte little finger.
i don't think its an injury

you could have Juvenile Rhuematoid Arthritis. Might want to show your parents
Sounds like arthritis but you are a little young to be suffering from that. Get you mam to bring you to doc if it does not go away or spreads to other fingers.
do you crack your fingers alot cuz that can cause it
plus it is an annoying habit
