Yeah, its the only injury ive ever had and ive been playin rugby league for 13 years.

yep did that last year playing rugby (i got tackled and fell in a bad position) put a ice pack on it for 24 hours them switch to a heat pack and take some painkillers and some anti-inflammities

yes i do place a hot pack on your shoulde prop your self up with lots of pillows behind you ! rest ,rub it with some deep heat ,take some antiimflamitorys and some paracetomal and you should feel somewhat better dont go lifting things .rest is best ,hope you are feeling better soon ! bye

ohhh yes...presently i am suffering with a ligament pull in leg....but i know how bad that one is...especially when u have problems in sleeping...u have to sleep in only 1 posture....slight change causes pain...

try heating....u know hot water heating is good...while taking a bath pour some hot water on that area...it helps.

yes, i throw mine out by throwing a football or extending for a puch

Yeah i have it at the moment!!
it's horrible, all bruisedd!

To stop this pain, you will have to keep the shoulder warm. Get a hot water bottle and keep it over the shoulder. If the pain goes away in about 5-10 minutes then it is pulled.
The pain may go and then come back, just put the hot water bottle back on.
Don't leave on for more than a 10 mintue period, this is not good for the body.

(Works everytime for me!)

I DO!! use heat pads on it and ibuorofen

yea i know what you mean. i have pain in both my shoulders from a fight i was in about two years ago, if i lift them too high i get a real horrible pain in them, when it first happend it felt like they were dilocated
