Tips for getting 8 hours of sleep?!


Question: Most people have trouble getting 8 hours of sleep, meaning they don't get enough. MY problem is, I get TOO MUCH sleep. It doesn't matter if I go to bed at 9 PM, I still wake up around 10:30/11:00 AM the next morning, and it's starting to take a toll.

Not only is it annoying, it also messes up my day; I like to get up early so I have more time to do errands, get ready for work at a nice pace, etc. etc. Also, it leaves me very groggy and lazy for the rest of the day

Next week I start my Spring semester at college, and I can't be waking up at these times, because I have class starting at 11:30 lol

What are some good healthy ways to get a good night's rest, but not something that lasts 10 or more hours?

Two alarm clocks on separate sides of the room. Trust me, you will get up! However, you may want to consult your general physician to make sure you're healthy and well as this may be rooted in something you're not aware of.

go to bed at 7!

Drink like 5 cups of water before going to bed, u'll wake up early. I guarantee it!

the prob ther is not lack of sleep..beleev me..i have the same issues..too much sleepiness laziness and haywire days.it meeses and can actually destroy eveything u have,..coz ur neve rfully fresh and awake..thats almost like being one limb less..so its serious

fortunatley i found the reason and remedy..exercise

consult a seriously good instructor..tell him ur prob and ask him to make an execise regimen for u..never get to bed unless ur totally fatigued..dont sit idle..remember we can do 10 things better in a given time..then do one thing in twice that time
