Question: Yesterday i hit my hand on the car and it started to swell.I went to the doctor and she said that my finger wasn't broken.How do I make the swelling go down because I can't do anything or it will get bigger!! Please Help Me!!

Ice is the first and best thing. You can ice it every hour for up to 20 minutes (much longer than that and you may cause more damage). You can also take an anti-inflammatory, like ibuprofen or naproxen- this helps relieve the inflammation and helps the pain, too.
Ice helps. there are this other method that works way better than ice. but its really gross
Ice water for 20 minutes pull it out fro awhile then do it again.
