Adderall and sleep deprivation, PLEASE HELP!!!?!


Question: last night i didn't get any sleep but i have a lot of homework to do tonight and i was wondering if adderall would contribute any adverse affects, because i already feel like i'm about to start hallucinating, but wouldn't the adderall make me not feel like that and able to get my work done?
