Will getting more sleep make me get better marks in school?!
Question: I suppose it depends on how little sleep you are getting and how it is affecting you. I know that I personally got better grades when I got more sleep because I wasn't so tired that I couldn't think. At the time, I was a senior in high school, working more than 20 hours a week, then having to stay up until 3AM to finish my homework. I didn't do well on my homework and it took me several hours each night because I was just too tired to concentrate. When I quit my job, I spent less than 2 hours a night doing homework and my grades shot up. It was great!

You won't be sleeping in class.
yes obviously if you get more sleep you will be able to focus more and that completely helps!
a regular sleep schedule as well as a healthy diet.
