Does this come with lack of sleep or something?!

Question: So I have this weird sensation in my left leg. It's like pins and needles but it stays longer and I have to move my leg around for it to go away and it comes back. It doesn't feel painful, just really annoying.

The only time I felt this was when I was undergoing withdrawal from benzodiazepines, and I haven't used any of that in months.

Yeah, so I'm not really sure why I feel like this. I haven't been sleeping as much as I would, but that's not changed behavior from the past few months.

Benzo's jack up your head and nerves. Sometimes...I am off them for 6 1/2 years and occasionally the "Benzo Flu" will kick my rearend and one of the things is a buzz in my legs or arms.

Weird huh? If you get freaked out it's always good to tell a Dr. Just to make sure it's not anything serious.

maybe you are just sitting on your leg or something... the blood circulation gets stopped and your leg will feel dead for a while.. if you move it, the blood rushes back into the leg and you will feel the prickly needle sensation.... depending on how long you sat like that( or sleep... or whatever it is you re doing) it will range from painful to very painful

xD
