My butt hurts after sitting at the compuer for a long time?!

Question: how to fix this?

Answers: how to fix this?

sit on a pillow silly!

get up and walk every once in awhile or get a better chair but still

We should form a club.

get a Pillow for the chair the material is probably to rough i know my chair is like that but i dont worry about it because i sit on my bed now lol (the cp is next to my bed)

I like to do 60 squats just to get blood flowing again. It's quick and loosens you up a lot.

Eat lots of chocolate. When your butt is fat enough it won't hurt anymore...

lol

Ha! From your question I thought that you were being sarcastic, then I realized that you were being serious. Seriously, get up, walk around, stretch out your body, eat some food, use the restroom, you get the picture.

While you are sitting down, however, you could get some kind of cushion to sit on or a massaging chair cover thing. They work wonders.

You answered your own question. Don't sit at the computer for a long time -- get up every once in awhile and do something else.

Take a walk.

Good grief I dont know! But whatever you have, I have caught it too! Weird, huh?.... maybe we should call Ask-a-Nurse? ;)

Either you're sitting at the PC for too long, your chair is too hard, or you're actually in extremely good shape and lack enough natural padding on your @ss. I remember back when I went to the gym every day, sitting for any length of time was actually pretty uncomfortable because I had almost nothing but rock-hard muscle down there. Nowadays, though, I'm happy to say i put on a few pounds since so that's not a problem anymore :-)

you need to get a new chair or get a chair that is comfortable for your butt
