What care some things that causes muscle wastage?!
Question: if you don't use the muscle group for a length of time, the muscles will start a process called atrophy.this means that the actual mass of muscle will decline. You see this all the time in people who are bed ridden... they loose strength and muscle tone. The muscle itself will never go away, but from lack of use..it will diminish and become basically useless. does that make sense?? ?

I'm assuming you mean muscle atrophy and that is from lack of use.
Inactivity. Sedentary lifestyle. Improper nutrition.
Not eating, period...Too much cardio with out a healthy protien diet...
sitting around on the computer to long instead of excersising
Use them or Lose them.
