Can a dislocated shoulder be back to Normal without Surgery?!

Question: Yes, if it is a dislocated. You could ask an orthopedic or another expert to pull it back for you. It'll hurt though. ;)

Yeah, I've seen my mom (she's a doctor) done that to my brother. He screams like hell...

I think your ? is whether you need surgery or not after a dislocated shoulder!! Assuming it is back in, no fracture, and not a recurring dislocation, then yes it is possible without surgery. You will need specific shoulder exercises. See your orthopedic doctor.

depends if you've damaged any of the surrounding ligaments and tendons...if the surrounding structures are fine then it should be ok!

If you fix it it will be normal.
