by taking it easy soft diet drinking water walking a little so gas wont build up take your med /dont lift anything heavy / rest clean the area carefully hope i helped

Don't push yourself to recover quickly from any surgery. If you rush it then you can tear things inside and even end up with horrible infection. Just take it easy until things heal naturally or, truly, you may regret it.
