Is there a really quick way to get rid of chapped lips??!

Question: when i get chapped lips they are REALLY bad. i mean like not just stinging. i mean dry up,crack,and bleed. is there a way that i can make that go away FAST?? i have tried chapstick and vaseline. doesn't really help.... any tricks?!?! please? :)

Carmex is the best I've found. Look for the yellow and black label.

Try brushing your lips with your tooth brush that always helps me
